About Under Armour
It started with a simple plan to make a superior T-shirt. A shirt that provided compression and wicked perspiration off your skin rather than absorb it. A shirt that worked with your body to regulate temperature and enhance performance. Founded in 1996 by former University of Maryland football player Kevin Plank, Under Armour is the originator of performance apparel – gear engineered to keep athletes cool, dry, and light throughout the course of a game, practice, or workout. The technology behind Under Armour’s diverse product assortment for men, women, and youth is complex, but the program for reaping the benefits is simple: wear HeatGear when it’s hot, ColdGear when it’s cold, and AllSeasonGear between the extremes. Under Armour’s mission is to make all athletes better through passion, science, and the relentless pursuit of innovation. Every Under Armour product is doing something for you; it’s making you better.

I never thought I would switch from thongs to boyshorts, but the reason I wore thongs was to feel as if I were wearing nothing. But the Under Armour boyshorts, are even better! They fit just like skin and show no panty lines — no little bumps or anything. I bought every pair in my size at the local sports shops, and now I can get them on Amazon without going to the mall!
Under Armour is an amazing brand; however these were a big disappointment. The fabric is smooth, very comfortable , nice band width on the top of the boyshorts, breathable and they hold their original shape after washing very well. The only down side is the ribbing around the bottom of the short’s seemed to bunch/ride up during light to high impact exercise (during yoga and while running). They are great if you don’t plan on working out in these. At 20. 00 each, their are plenty of other solid brands that sell boyshorts like these for half the price.
If you are comfortable with shorts that sit at your hips then you would be fine with these. I find that the UA compression shorts work better. I bought these for running and as I ran they kept falling down. I was constantly pulling them up for a couple miles until I started to sweat a little and I guess the moisture finally held them up. Don’t buy these.
